PASSENGERS Reports/suggestions form

Any reports/suggestions for inefficiencies occurred at national airports i.e. delayed delivery, damage or loss of checked baggage, troubles with Customer Relations Office or problems relating to the quality of services offered by the airport management body, allow ENAC to detect critical issues and needs of passengers with a view to continuous improvement of the services provided by air transport operators.
